How is the gift delivered?
There are two options to choose from: the PDF e-ticket, which is free and sent by email as soon as payment is received (to you, or directly to the recipient on the date of your choice) — or the physical gift box (+ €10), prepared at the estate and dispatched via tracked delivery within 48 working hours, anywhere in mainland France. You’ll receive the tracking number by email as soon as it’s dispatched.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
One year from the date of purchase. It is valid subject to booking and availability, on weekdays and at weekends — excluding special occasions (Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.).
How do I book my stay using a voucher?
There is a unique code on your gift voucher: please keep it safe. Please provide this code to reception by telephone on 03 44 22 36 90 or by email at contact@leclosdesvignes.fr, stating your preferred dates and the options you would like (dinner, spa, etc.). You will then receive a confirmation with all the details of your stay, and all you need to do is present the voucher on arrival.
Can I change the dates of a booked holiday?
Yes, free of charge up to 15 days before the booked date. Between 14 and 1 days before the booked date, you may reschedule your stay subject to a charge of 50 per cent of the cost of the night’s stay. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, the voucher is deemed to have been used.
Is the voucher refundable or exchangeable?
No: the gift voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be split into smaller amounts; nor can it be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
What is it that isn’t understood?
The tourist tax and additional charges (drinks, extras, etc.) are not included: these are payable on arrival.
Can you schedule the date of dispatch?
Yes — enter the recipient’s email address and choose the date you’d like it to be sent (birthday, Christmas, surprise). If you don’t specify a date, the voucher will be sent to you straight away and you can give it to them yourself.
PDF or physical box set?
The PDF is free and is sent immediately by email. The physical box set (€10) is prepared at the estate and delivered by post.

- Available by booking and subject to availability, on weekdays and at weekends.
- Not valid during special events (Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.).
- Non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-divisible.
- In the event of cancellation on the day itself, the voucher will be deemed to have been used.
- Reservations may be rescheduled free of charge up to 15 days before the booked date; from 14 days to 1 day before the booked date, rescheduling is possible subject to a charge of 50 per cent of the cost of the night’s stay.
- Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- Tourist taxes and additional services (drinks, extras, etc.) are not included.
